Not-A-Tech Technologies
Not-A-Tech builds tools for real estate, trades, and home life — pay once, keep it forever, nothing hidden. Four products, one idea: your data stays yours, and the price you see is the price you pay.
Get the Keys I run a trade shop
Built for all of it Agents in the field, contractors in the shop, and the same idea at home. One flat price each.
One price. One time. No monthly bill. Ever. Built by a non-tech, for real people Your data stays in your account Cancel the bloat Own it, don’t rent it
The frustration we start from
01
A CRM, a lead tool, a transaction tracker, an expense app. Four bills, four logins, and none of them talk to each other.
02
Contact sales means you will overpay. The price is on the tin, and you pay it once.
03
Stop paying and your data goes with it. Ours runs in your own Google account, or as a file on your own computer, so it stays yours either way.
Four products
Same idea behind all four: buy it once, keep your own data, no seat fees. The features, the side-by-side against the big platforms and the price comparison all live on each product's own page.
For real estate agents and brokers
Contacts and pipeline, a follow-up cadence you can rewrite, your showing day on a map, the closest client to wherever you are standing, NAR compliance flags and an investment calculator.
See everything it does
For trade contractors and shops
Jobs, quotes, scheduling, crews, materials and invoicing built for a shop that runs on trucks and callbacks, not on seat licences.
See everything it does
For running a home
Your money read straight off your own bank statements, your paydays and bills, every subscription in one list, and the record of what your people would need if you were not here.
See everything it does
For kids and teens
Their week, their homework and their commitments, on a screen about the time still free. A parent sees that Tuesday is taken, never what is in it.
See everything it does
Our promise
What we say it does, it does. Every feature listed on this site is in the product you buy. Nothing is held back for a higher tier, nothing says contact us for pricing, and there is no add-on waiting to be discovered after you have paid.
There are two exceptions, and we would rather tell you here than let you find it later. The optional AI help costs extra. You will see exactly what it costs before you ever need it, it is not a monthly bill, and if you would rather not pay us for it at all you can connect your own AI account instead.
The second is team pricing past a hundred people. Every price below that is printed on the page — five, fifteen, fifty-five, all of it. Past a hundred a firm can be shaped too many ways to put one number on, so that one is worked out by email. Still paid once. Still nothing that renews.
Agents signing at the kitchen island. Vendors chasing POs. Ops leads stitching the day together. We design for that mess — not a demo environment.
How it works
One price, paid once. No bundle you did not ask for, and no renewal date sitting on your calendar.
The work products build their own workbook in your Google Drive; the home ones are a file on your own computer. Either way it walks you through the settings, and there is nothing to install.
Your data stays in your account. Support is email, answered by the person who built it.
Trades by Not-A-Tech
Work orders, dispatch, quotes, invoices, parts and crew for HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops. Built the same way as Real Estate by Not-A-Tech: bought once, no seat licences, and it runs inside your own Google account.
Everything listed below is built and working. It is $699, paid once.
What you actually get
Not a scheduling app that hands off to an invoicing app that exports to a spreadsheet. One place, already wired together.
How Trades compares
The other four rent you the software your shop runs on, and three of them charge you again for every technician you add. Trades by Not-A-Tech is a one-time purchase.
Competitor columns are taken only from each vendor’s own published pages and help documentation, never from review sites. A dash means the vendor does not offer it natively, or does not publish it.

Where a check sits behind a higher tier or a paid extra, that is worth knowing. Service Fusion’s inventory, reorder points, purchase orders and job costing are add-ons on Starter and bundled from Plus up. Jobber’s labour costing is on Grow and Plus, and its activity log on Connect and Grow. Housecall Pro’s “on my way” and “job finished” alerts go out by text message; the emailed one is the scheduled-job notice. ServiceTitan’s after-hours pricing shows on invoices but not on estimates. None of the four publishes a technician licence-expiry field. Jobber and Housecall Pro both hand parts inventory to a separate marketplace app rather than building it in.

If paying it all at once is not doable
You can spread it over four monthly payments instead of paying all at once. Four payments of $181 comes to $724. That is $25 more than paying once, and the $25 is the whole difference — no interest, no credit check, and nobody else involved.
If more than one person uses it
After that it is $250 once for every extra ten. Fifteen people is $949, twenty-five is $1,199, fifty-five is $1,949. Still one payment. Still nothing that renews, and no per-person monthly bill.
More than a hundred people? Email notatechtech@gmail.com and we will work out a price. That is the one figure on this site not printed on the page, because a firm that size is a conversation rather than a button.
I have read and agree to the terms and the privacy policy, including the payment plan rules and the 30-day refund window.

Trades by Not-A-Tech is a tool, not advice. Compliance flags and expiry reminders are prompts built from dates and settings you enter, not a review of your situation — staying compliant remains your responsibility. Calculators do arithmetic on the numbers you type in; they are estimates, not forecasts or recommendations. Nothing here promises income, leads or results. The full terms and privacy policy spell all of this out.
Pricing and features both come from getjobber.com, housecallpro.com, servicefusion.com and servicetitan.com, their own published pages and help documentation, September 2026. ServiceTitan does not publish a price. The year one, three year and five year figures are that published monthly rate multiplied out for a single user, before add-ons. Nothing here is from a review site and nothing here is our opinion of them. Prices and features change; check the vendor before you decide.
Real Estate by Not-A-Tech
Contacts, pipeline, follow-up, your day on a map, compliance and the numbers, all in one place. Your data stays in your own account. No subscription, no contract, no per-seat fee.
What you actually get
Not a lead tool that hands off to a CRM that exports to a spreadsheet. One place, already wired together, and it runs inside your own Google account.
How Real Estate compares
Everything else in real estate software rents you your own client list, then raises the rent. Real Estate by Not-A-Tech is a one-time purchase. No subscription, no contract, and nothing that renews itself while you are not looking.
Competitor columns are taken only from each vendor’s own published pages, not from review sites. A dash means the vendor does not publish it. September 2026. In the four paperwork rows, n/c means that vendor’s page could not be read when those rows were checked in October 2026, and † means the vendor lists it under a separate product, BoldTrail BackOffice.

No other product in this comparison publishes one. If any of your clients buy property to make money rather than to live in, you are running those numbers in a spreadsheet you built yourself. Real Estate by Not-A-Tech runs them, and saves scenarios so you can show a client two versions of a deal side by side.
One competitor has a cadence engine at all, and none publishes one you can change. Real Estate by Not-A-Tech ships with a rhythm already set and lets you set your own. Ninety-day check-ins instead of thirty? You decide.
This is architecture, not a slogan. Your contacts live in a Google Sheets file in your own Drive. You can open it without Real Estate by Not-A-Tech, read every row, and keep it whatever happens next.
The part nobody else puts on their site
Here is what everyone else charges, taken straight off their own published pricing. Five years in, you have paid us $499 once and them thousands, every year, forever.
Vendor published pricing · September 2026
| Product | What they charge | Year 1 | Year 3 | Year 5 | Contract |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Real Estate | $499 one time | $499 | $499 | $499 | None. There is nothing to cancel. |
| RealtyJuggler | $179 / year | $179 | $537 | $895 | Annual. Rate fixed for life. |
| Buffini Referral Maker CORE | $99 / mo, or $999 / year | $999 | $2,997 | $4,995 | Not published. Team seats add $39/mo each. |
| Wise Agent | $499 / year | $499 | $1,497 | $2,495 | Month to month. |
| IXACT Contact | $46.75 / mo, billed annually | $561 | $1,683 | $2,805 | None. IDX adds $50/mo plus $69 setup. |
| Follow Up Boss (Grow) | $58 / user / mo, billed annually | $696 | $2,088 | $3,480 | None. Texting and dialling add $39/user/mo. |
| Buffini Referral Maker PRO | $149 / mo, or $1,590 / year | $1,590 | $4,770 | $7,950 | Not published. |
| Top Producer (Pro) | $179 / user / mo | $2,148 | $6,444 | $10,740 | Auto-renews. No mid-term cancellation. |
| Sierra Interactive (Starter) | $299.95 / mo, prepaid annually | $3,599 | $10,798 | $17,997 | 12 months either way. $500 setup unless prepaid. |
Over five years, the least expensive subscription in this category comes to $895. Real Estate by Not-A-Tech comes to $499, paid once. Sierra comes to $17,997. The version you buy keeps working for as long as you want it, and it keeps costing nothing.
About upgrades: when a bigger version comes along it is a separate one-time purchase, not a renewal. Nothing is switched off if you skip it, and the version you already own carries on exactly as it did the day you bought it.
Annual billing rates are used above wherever a vendor publishes one. That is the most favourable reading for them, not for us.
Worth knowing: LionDesk was switched off in September 2025 because its owner decided to move on. That is the risk in renting the place your book of business lives. A Real Estate by Not-A-Tech licence cannot be cancelled out from under you, and if Not-A-Tech vanished tomorrow your data would still be sitting in your own Google Drive.

The licence
Permanent, for this version, including fixes and improvements to it. One licence covers one person and one Google account.
The price
Once. No subscription, no contract, and nothing that renews on its own.
Your data
In your own Google Drive, yours outright, readable without Real Estate by Not-A-Tech, and yours whatever happens next.
Setup
About fifteen minutes, and there is a Quick Start guide that walks you through every click.
Support
Email, answered by the person who built it.
Your risk
30 days, money back, no argument.
Stating this plainly is not modesty. It is how you know the rest is straight.
There is no built-in texting and no dialler, on purpose. Nobody gives you texting for free: Follow Up Boss adds $39 per user per month for texting and dialling, Sierra charges $100 a month for the dialler on its entry plan, Wise Agent is $11 a month plus an $80 one-time registration, IXACT is $5 a month for a number plus credits.
That is a phone company bill, not a software feature, and a monthly bill cannot live inside a one-time price without quietly turning it into a subscription. So it is not there. You text from your phone the way you already do, and Real Estate by Not-A-Tech keeps track of who you owe a conversation to.
One agent per account, and it needs a Google account to sign in.
Support is email, answered by the person who built it. Real Estate by Not-A-Tech is built and supported by one person. That is exactly why it is a one-time price and not a subscription. If you need somebody on the phone within ten minutes, one of the big subscription platforms genuinely is a better fit, and it is better that you know that before you buy rather than after.
The obvious question
Because it was not built by tech people, so it is not priced like tech.
Software costs what it costs because of who is behind it. An engineering team, a sales floor, a marketing budget and investors who expect their money back all have to get paid. The only way to pay for all of that is to charge you every single month, forever, and then sell you a second tool next year to cover the gap the first one left.
This was built by an operations person who got tired of paying four separate bills for four tools that would not talk to each other, and who knew what the work actually looks like on a Tuesday afternoon.
No engineering department. No sales team. Nobody waiting to be paid back. There is nothing here that needs a subscription to fund it.
You are paying for the tool. Once. That is the entire business model.
Every number here is checkable. Competitor pricing comes from followupboss.com, sierrainteractive.com, topproducer.com, wiseagent.com, ixactcontact.com, realtyjuggler.com, boldtrail.com, lofty.com and buffini.com, their own published pages, September 2026. Feature columns come from those same vendors\u2019 own published documentation. The four paperwork rows were added and checked in October 2026. Nothing here is from a review site and nothing here is our opinion of them. Prices change; check the vendor before you decide.
Household
Your money worked out from your own bank statements, your paydays and bills, and every subscription in one list. Underneath it, the full 28-section record your family would need if you were not here, printed to a binder that does not go out of date. One file, on your own computer, no account. Shopping, recipes, a check on your computer and a sealed copy for whoever needs it come after the first release, and every card below says which is which.
$299, paid once.
(Payment plan offered)
No subscription and no monthly bill. It runs as a file on your own computer, so there is no account to make and no server holding anything of yours.
All 28 sections, from the letter to your loved ones through to real estate, vehicles and where the will actually is. Not a trimmed starter set.
In the first release
One click gives you a cover page and the full record, ready for a three-ring binder that anyone in your family can pick up and read.
In the first release
A planner filled in with a pen goes stale the day an account changes. This one reprints fresh whenever you want it, so the binder on the shelf is the real one.
In the first release
Hand it the file your bank already gives you and it builds the ledger: it finds the columns on its own, skips the bank header rows, sorts the spending into categories, and never asks for a login.
In the first release
It learns how often you get paid and what a typical paycheck is, proposes the bills that repeat so you can tick off the real ones, and gives you the one number that matters: what is left per day.
In the first release
What you pay for, roughly what it costs a month, where it is billed and how to cancel it. Where the cancellation path is not known, it says so plainly instead of guessing.
In the first release
Because the money side already knows your accounts, cards and recurring debts, those sections of the record are written for you rather than copied out by hand.
In the first release
Five looks to choose from, panels you can hide or drag into your own order, two styles of dial, and three type sizes for eyes that would rather not squint.
In the first release
Drives filling up, battery condition and cycle count, memory, and what is quietly eating the machine. Mac and PC both.
Coming after that
A quiet list ranked by the most money spent since you last opened the thing. No pop-ups, no badges, no monthly nagging review.
Coming after that
A list that holds links and saved searches and opens the store in your own browser, where you are already signed in. Spending is checked against a limit you set, with a warning before the balance gets uncomfortable.
Coming after that
Photograph a recipe card in your grandmother’s handwriting or a page out of a cookbook, and keep it with everything else.
Coming after that
The record printed on paper AND openable on a computer with a key you hand out in advance, so nothing depends on anyone finding a password.
Coming after that
If your child has IamMe, the two apps can be paired. You see that Tuesday four to six is taken, and that homework is marked done. You do not see what the block is, or what they wrote in it. They keep the inside, you keep the schedule.
Coming after that
No account, no server, no bank linking, nobody holding your details but you. It is one file, and it lives on your own computer.
Five skins, all of them included. Pick one and the whole app follows it. Nothing about how it works changes.
The overview screen in Graphite. These are real screens from the working app, with an empty record in it. Small details will keep changing before launch.
The record itself
Modelled section for section on the planner people already trust for this, so nothing your family needs is missing.

How Household compares
The paid services keep your family record on their computers and charge you every year to reach it. The paper planner is yours for good, but it is paper, so it goes out of date the day an account changes.
Every column is taken only from that company’s own published pages, not from review sites. A dash means they do not publish it. The ten-year row is their own price multiplied out. September 2026.
| Household | Everplans | Trustworthy | Get It Together | Cake | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| What it costs | $299, once | $99.99 a year | $10 to $40 a month, billed a year at a time | A book you buy once | Free |
| Ten years of that | $299 | $999.90 | $1,200 at the lowest paid tier | The price of the book | $0 |
| Keeps working if you stop paying | Yes | — | — | Yes | Yes |
| Where your information sits | Your own computer | Their servers | Their servers | On paper | Their servers |
| Account required | No | Yes | Yes | No | Yes |
| Sections in the record | 28 | — | — | 28 | — |
| Prints the whole record | Yes | Yes, download it then print | — | It is already paper | — |
| Fills itself in from your own bank statement file | Yes | — | — | No | — |
| Money, subscriptions and computer health in the same file | Yes | — | — | No | — |
Both paid services can hand the person settling your affairs a login from anywhere, today, while you are still here to set it up. A file on your own computer cannot do that, and pretending otherwise would be the kind of thing this company was started to get away from.
Our answer is the printed binder, and later a sealed copy with a key you hand out in advance. Both of those need you to actually put the binder somewhere your people will find it. We would rather say that here than let you work it out afterwards.
If paying it all at once is not doable
You can spread it over up to eight monthly payments instead of paying all at once. Eight payments of $40.50 comes to $324. That is $25 more than paying once, and the $25 is the whole difference — no interest, no credit check, and nobody else involved.
Who is allowed to use it
Up to four people in one home — you and three others you live with. Your partner, your children, a parent staying with you. What it is not licensed for is a second household, an office, or a club, even a small one. One copy is for the people you live with.
I have read and agree to the terms and the privacy policy, including the payment plan rules and the 30-day refund window.

IamMe by Not-A-Tech: For Kids & Teens
Every other app hands a kid another list of things they owe someone. This one puts school, practice, rehearsal and work on one week so they can see what is left, and treats that leftover time as the thing worth protecting.
Included with Household. $10 on its own.
IamMe comes with Household at no extra cost. On its own it is $10, paid once. No subscription and no monthly bill — it runs as a file on your own computer, so there is no account to keep.
Classes, assignments, practices, rehearsals, games and jobs, all on one week.
The open hours in the bright colour, counted at the top. The point of the whole thing.
Blocks the kid owns. A parent sees the time is taken, not what is in it.
Birthdays and holidays, with plain web links to the actual thing.
A week sheet and a wish list that print, for the fridge or the grandparents.
Skins to pick from, panels to hide or reorder. No licensed characters, nothing locked behind chores.
If a parent runs Household, the two apps can be paired so your week shows up on the family board. They see that a block is taken. They do not see what is in it. What you mark private stays private.
The rule that shapes it
The week a parent sees is one the kid hands over, not a live window into their day. Time a kid marks as their own shows up to a parent as busy, and that is all it shows. A tool a kid does not trust is a tool a kid stops using, so this one is built to be worth trusting.
There are no streaks, no badges and no nagging. It is designed around eleven to fourteen year olds, who have enough people keeping score already.
How IamMe compares
We looked, and we could not find a comparison table worth printing, because we could not find a competitor. There are three kinds of app near this one. None of them is the same thing, and we would rather show you what they actually are than line them up in a chart and pretend.
myHomework, Power Planner, MyStudyLife
myHomework charges $4.99 a year. Power Planner is a one-time purchase. All of them keep the work on an account of theirs, and not one of them shows a kid the hours that are still free. They are lists of what you owe people.
Cozi, FamilyWall, Skylight, Hearth
Cozi is free or $39 to $79 a year. FamilyWall is $4.99 a month. Skylight is a $299.99 screen for the kitchen wall plus an optional $79 a year. They are run by the parent, they live on the company servers, and the kid is something being scheduled rather than someone doing the scheduling.
Greenlight, BusyKid, Habitica
Greenlight is $5.99 a month. These are either children’s banking with a card attached, or they run on streaks and points, which is the exact thing we will not do. A kid who misses a day should not be shown a broken chain.
It comes with Household, or it is $10 on its own, bought once — never a subscription. It is a file on the family computer, so there is no account, no server, and nothing about a child sitting on somebody else’s machine. The parent sees commitments and never contents. And the whole point of the screen is the time that is still free, not the time already spoken for.
Prices are taken only from each company’s own published pages, not from review sites, and were read in September 2026. If you know of something that really does do this, tell us and we will put it on this page ourselves.
Who is allowed to use it
Up to four people in one home — you and three others you live with. What it is not licensed for is a second household, a classroom, or a youth group. One copy is for the people you live with.
I have read and agree to the terms and the privacy policy, including the payment plan rules and the 30-day refund window.
Paid once. Nothing renews. You are charged today and your licence is emailed straight away.
Want to know when it launches?
Leave your email and we will tell you the day IamMe goes on sale. That is the only reason we are asking for it.
Our promise about that email address
Guides
Everything you need to get running is on this page. No sign-in, nothing to download, and it reads the same on a phone as it does on a laptop.
When you buy, the full written guides come attached to your purchase email — yours to keep and print. This page is here for anyone still deciding, and for anyone who has mislaid their copy.
About 15 minutes, once
You need a Google account — a free Gmail address is fine, and it does not have to be the one your clients know you by. There is nothing to install.
Then here is your day
Open it in the morning. The Relationships tab tells you who to contact, worst first. Call them, press Log Contact, and it pushes their next due date out for you. On a phone it opens straight onto that list, because that is the part you need in the car.
Clearing the worked example
Settings, then the Sample Data box, then Remove the sample data. Your settings, your follow-up rhythm and your email templates are all kept — only the example contacts, deals and history go. There is no rush.
About 20 minutes, once
You need a Google account — a free Gmail address is fine. There is nothing to install. Have your licence key to hand.
Then here is your day
Open it in the morning and look at the Dashboard. The line across the top tells you what needs attention — emergencies, jobs with no date yet, parts running low, licences about to lapse, work finished but not yet billed.
Below that sit the day's jobs and a list of who has not paid.
Two things worth doing in the first week
Switch the calendar on, from the Connections tab. Every scheduled job goes onto a Google calendar of its own, named after your company, so the crew sees the work where they already look. It needs no key.
Leave the automatic emails switched off for a fortnight. With a switch off the message is still written for you and left in your own Gmail drafts — nothing reaches a customer until you press Send. Read a few, then switch on only the ones you would have sent anyway.
The steps above are the whole of getting started. The guides that come with your purchase go further: every box on the Settings screen and what it does, how a price is actually worked out line by line, reading job requests straight out of your email, and what to do when something looks wrong.
They also say plainly what each version does not do yet, so nothing surprises you later.

Terms
These are the terms you agree to when you buy Real Estate by Not-A-Tech or Trades by Not-A-Tech. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.
Last updated 14 September 2026
Not-A-Tech Technologies, reachable at notatechtech@gmail.com. Email is the only support channel and the only place these terms can be discussed.
A licence to use the software for your own business, for as long as you want to use it. You are not buying the software itself, and you are not buying the right to resell it, rent it out, copy it for other businesses, or take it apart and rebuild it as your own product. One licence covers one business.
The software runs inside your own Google account. That is the whole design, and it is why your data is not ours to lose.
How it reaches you
Everything we sell is delivered electronically. Your licence and your setup link arrive by email, and the software opens inside your own Google account. Nothing is posted to you. There is no disc, no memory stick and no printed copy, and we do not supply one.
How many people may use it
Real Estate: the price covers up to five people in one business. Above five it is $250 once for each additional ten people, so fifteen people is $749 and fifty-five is $1,749.
Trades: the price covers up to five people in one business. Above five it is $250 once for each additional ten people, so fifteen people is $949 and fifty-five is $1,949.
For both, businesses over one hundred people are priced individually by email. These are one-time figures and nothing renews.
Household and IamMe: one household, up to four people in it. That means the people who live at your address. It does not cover a second household, an office, a classroom, or a group.
Your clients, your jobs, your numbers all live in a workbook in your own Google Drive. We do not hold a copy, we do not sell it, and we cannot read it unless you deliberately share it with us to help with a support question.
The flip side is that keeping your Google account secure and backed up is your job, not ours. If you lose access to your Google account, we cannot recover your data for you, because we never had it.
The standard prices, each paid once, are $499 for Real Estate, $699 for Trades, and $299 for Household, which includes IamMe. Bought on its own, IamMe is $10. There is no renewal, no seat fee and nothing to cancel. Launch pricing, referral codes and other discounts are whatever is published on this site on the day you buy, and only one code applies to an order.
That price covers the software itself. Some optional extras connect it to another company’s paid service — an artificial intelligence service, for example. Those are your choice, you sign up with that company yourself, and that company bills you on its own terms. We do not charge for them, we do not take a cut, and we cannot cancel them for you. Nothing we charge you renews.
You can spread the price over monthly payments instead of paying once. Household runs over eight monthly payments, or four. Real Estate and Trades run over four payments only. Whichever plan you are on, the total is $25 more than paying once: $524 instead of $499 on Real Estate, $724 instead of $699 on Trades, and $324 instead of $299 on Household. IamMe is not sold on a plan. That $25 is the entire difference. There is no interest and no credit check.
Your licence works from the first payment. You are not waiting until the plan is finished to start using the software.
If a payment is more than five days late, the licence pauses until the account is current. Pausing blocks the app. It does not delete anything, and your workbook stays in your own Google Drive the whole time, reachable by you. The moment a payment brings the account current, the licence works again.
Once the final payment clears, the licence is paid in full and is never switched off for payment again.
There is a 30-day money-back guarantee, and it covers payment plans as well as one-time purchases. Ask within thirty days of your first payment and you get back what you have paid. The licence is switched off when a refund is issued.
After thirty days, payments already made are not returned. If a plan stops part way, what stops is future access, not the months you already used.
This is a tool. It is not advice, and it is not a professional standing behind a decision. Specifically:
It is not legal, compliance, tax, accounting or financial advice. Compliance flags, licence-expiry reminders and similar features are prompts built from settings and dates you enter. They are not a review of your situation and they do not make anyone compliant. Staying compliant with NAR rules, your brokerage, your state licensing board, your trade licences and your tax obligations remains entirely your responsibility.
Calculators produce estimates from numbers you type in. The investment and pricing calculators do arithmetic on your assumptions. They are not forecasts, valuations or recommendations, and a number on the screen is not a reason to buy a property or set a price.
Nothing here promises income, leads or results. No claim is made about what you will earn, close, or win by using it.
The software depends on services we do not run, including Google Workspace, Google Drive, Apps Script, Google Maps and whatever email or listing service you connect. If one of those changes its rules, its pricing or its behaviour, or simply goes down, that can affect the software and is not something we can prevent or be responsible for.
Support is by email, answered by the person who built the software. It is not a staffed help desk and there is no guaranteed response time. If that matters to you, it is better to know now than to find out later.
The software is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will meet your particular requirements.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Not-A-Tech Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data or missed deadlines, arising from your use of the software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for your licence.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
You can stop using the software whenever you like, and your data stays with you. We can end a licence if it is being resold, shared between businesses, or used to break the law. Payment plan pauses are covered in section 5 and are not the same thing as ending a licence.
If these terms change, the version on this page changes with them and the date at the top updates. The terms you agreed to at purchase are the ones that apply to your licence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Privacy
The short version: we hold your name, your email and the fact that you bought something. Your actual business data never reaches us.
Last updated 14 September 2026
Your name and email address, and a record of what you bought and when. That is what we need to issue a licence, answer a support email and honour a refund.
If you email us, we keep that email, the same way anyone keeps their inbox.
Your clients, contacts, deals, jobs, quotes, invoices, parts, technicians and financial figures. All of that is created and stored inside your own Google account, in a workbook in your own Google Drive. It does not pass through us and we do not keep a copy.
The software runs on Google Apps Script inside your account, so Google asks you to approve what it may do before it will run. In plain terms it needs to create and work with its own spreadsheet in your Drive, and, if you switch on the email features, to send email as you.
The exact list of permissions is shown to you on Google’s own consent screen when you first authorise it, and you can withdraw them at any time in your Google account settings.
Information obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the features you turned on. It is not sold, not transferred to anyone else, and not used for advertising.
Payments are handled by a payment provider. Card numbers go to them, not to us, and we never see or store them. What we keep is the fact that a payment succeeded, its amount and its date, which is also what a payment plan is tracked against.
This site is hosted by Hostinger, and like almost any host they record standard server logs such as page requests, browser type and approximate location. We do not add advertising trackers and we do not sell anything about your visit.
Email notatechtech@gmail.com and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your record. Deleting your record ends your licence, because the record is the licence. Your data in your own Drive is unaffected either way, because it was never ours to delete.
